I’ll draw on therapies that fit your needs, combining cognitive insight with body-based awareness so growth and well-being can happen on every level. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope for, and how we can work together to meet your goals. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel grounded, understood, and empowered to live more fully as yourself - both within and beyond the therapy (virtual) room. About the Counseling Experience

About Katherine Lance, LMHC, (she/her)

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who received a Master’s degree in Counseling and have 10+ years experience providing therapy. At the heart of what I do is a commitment to empathy and collaboration, supporting you in finding clarity, confidence, and deeper connection in your life and relationships.

I am trained in EMDR and have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic (body based) techniques and more. I am also an active member of the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the Florida Mental Health Counselors Association (FMHCA).
