Finding the right path to mental well-being is a journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’m here to support you every step of the way. My personalized therapy services are designed to listen intently, understand your unique experiences, and help you build a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I draw from a blend of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic and more to support healing for both mind and body. Together, we’ll find the methods that best fit your goals and pace.
Individual Therapy:
Personalized sessions to explore your challenges, heal old wounds, and build coping skills for a more grounded, balanced life. Individual sessions are offered virtually through HIPAA compliant software.
Specialties:
I work with adults struggling with: trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, anxiety, women’s issues (PCOS/hormone issues, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, fertility and loss), depression, grief, cancer, life transitions (moving, loss of job), relationship issues, self-esteem and stress.
Therapy Modalities:
EMDR therapy: Sometimes, even long after something painful has happened, your body and mind can still react as if it’s happening now. EMDR helps “unstick” those memories so they no longer control how you feel today, helping you reclaim a sense of calm, safety and strength.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy: DBT focuses on building skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. It’s especially helpful for managing strong emotions, improving relationships, and finding stability during difficult times.
Somatic Therapy: Reconnect with your body to release stored tension and stress. By integrating gentle awareness and body-based techniques, you can restore a sense of safety, grounding and ease in both body and mind.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: CBT helps you recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns that influence your emotions and behavior. Together we’ll build practical skills to manage anxiety, depression and stress, helping you feel more balanced, confident and in control.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: ACT teaches you how to accept difficult thoughts and feelings while taking action toward what truly matters to you. Through mindfulness and values-based work, you’ll build flexibility, resilience, and a deeper sense of meaning in your life.
